Will a Dell PowerVault work with a Dell Optiplex 780 SFF?

I would like to know if the Dell PowerVualt will work with the Dell Optiplex 780 SFF? Here's a couple of PowerVault models that I was considering:

Dell PowerVault LTO4-120 - 0X69MX
Dell PowerVault LTO-4 - 0XW272

If yes, how would I be able to do it? I just would like to know if it's feasible.
