Hello All,
We are having a MD3000i Stoarge and currently we are facing an issue as the management network is not reachable.
We have tried direction connection to MD3000i from a laptop and still we cant reach the management IP. Rebooting the controller will provide the access but it will be only for 10-15 min.
We have rebooted the controller and plug back the network interface connection to our switch, Management network interface show active, but unresponsive to ping. Direct connected the MD3000i to laptop, still we can get the management IP. Reboot the controller and we are getting resonance from the management interface.
The firmware version is the latest and device is out of warranty. We have connected the device through console to get the error logs,
