drive issue

HI,

We having a problem with one of our Powerdge R710. Today server has lost its E drive, rebooted the server still not back. did run Dell server manager and it shows no defect drive, and it only shows one phsycal drive,. in the Windows events we see this event:

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort0. event 11.

I dont remember if the E drive was a seprate phsycal Drive or was a partition?

This server is also  is connected to our SAN and all of the SAN drives show optimal.

Any idea what we should do?
