We just got a brand new Powervault MD3820f storage array. I consoled into it and IP'd so I could add it to the Powervault Modular Disk Manager. I added it by IP and the storage manager saw the system. However, when I went to manage the storage array, I got an error. It states:
"The MD storage management software (version 11.20.0G06.0001) you are attempting to use is to compatible witht he firmware on the RAID controller modules in Storage Array Unnamed. If you have recently updated your RAID controller module firmware, you need to make sure that its compatible MD storage management software has also been installed on all clients connected to this Storage Array. If the appropriate version is not available, please provide your Customer Support Representative with the following information."
RAID Controller Module firmware version: 08.25.04.60
RAID Controller Module appware version: 08.25.04.60
Device API version required: devmgr.v1125api15.Manager
What should be the next step to take because I believe my management software is the most recent version and the storage array is brand new out of the box?
