I cannot export the tape PowerVault 124T

Hello

Can somebody help me ?

I have an Library tape PowerVault 124T, It's working fine, but today I imported a tape and showed me some errors.

The tape is damage, but now the tape is in Driver and I can't export.

It's errors tape:

I restarted the library, but nothing.

I tried export the tape from the Web Client and also from the Library, but nothing
How I can export the tape ?
