3220i iscsi hyper-v cluster

I have a PowerVault 3220i with three volumes - two for HyperV and one for ESXi. If it is configured for a single host to access how would I confirm that? Can it be changed to multiple host access?

I need to build a HyperV cluster going forward and therefore need shared access to the storage volumes.
