Hello,

I have TL2000 - service tag 3J8PDB2 tape library connected to Dell blade center (R630 servers) via SAN - for test purposes with "all can see everything" settings, one path only.

I am able to see corect WWN of library and drive, but only library can be seen in Device manager. On first inicialization there was "Unknown tape library", when I gave it the drivers according the service tag - there was none on Dell resources, only available driver is from IBM - now library reporting itself as "IBM TotalStorage 3573 Tape Library" - but the library only, no drive.

Through Veeam B&R software I am able to view tapes and with proper barcodes but no drive is available for me. TL2000 has following settings:
