Connecting R830 to MD3060e Software?

Hello,

I purchased a new R830 server and MD3060e storage device.  I have them connected via the HBA cards and when opening openmanage I can see the connectors and drives on the array. I attempted to install the "Storage Enclosure Management Software" and then I attempt to access via URL.

Both give me no GUI or interactions. I also installed the ProwerVault Modular Disk Storage which doesnt seem to detect the array. 

Any ideas?
