SAN to SAN Migration of Data

Hi There,

We have a MD3200 Storage device which runs our production environment and it's time to replace the SAN. We are looking at the SCV2020

However, since the old SAN can;t talk to the new SAN. I am wondering what is the easiest -least disruptive way to get the VM's / Data from the current SAN to the replacement SAN.
