Reinstalling NAS OS on Powervault NX400

Hello,

I'm using OS Reinstall media on a Powervault NX400 with up to date firmware.  It's identified the RAID, created the volume and formatted it fine.  Now it's been at the "LANDING OPERATING SYSTEM" phase for about a half hour with no progress.  The machine is responsive, and I can interact with the log console on the progress screen, it's just not actually making any progress.  I'm wondering if this is normal, and if "This takes a few minutes..." can be taken to mean "this takes a few hours".
