Strange one, we had an issue with the robotics so after changing the GRIP assembly we can now no longer access the web GUI. The library itself now works as normal.
the default admin and the service account work fine when logging onto the ML6000 via the touchpad but from the GUI under the admin account the message 'Service in progress. Login not allowed' and stays at the logon page. When using the service account on the GUI, it seems to log on by displaying the usual message about the service account and the looping back to the logon page again.
Is there a way passed this and getting the GUI back to normal?
