Hello,
we have nx3200 with MD1200 connected, hard drives are configured in a RAID arrays. One day I changed one of RAID arrays hard drives to better one (2 carriers left empty) and few weeks later Health and Hard-drive indicators on the system front panel started to blink amber. But I can't find any errors in System Event Log over iDrac. All of Hard Drives Carriers Status LEDs are OK - activity LED flashes whenever the drive is accessed and a status LED is green. Everything is working fine except that amber indicators on front panel.
What I tried:
1. restart server - problem remains
2. restart the system and enter the host RAID adapter configuration utility program. Everything is fine there, all hard drives smart state is OK (otherwise I think I should see failed state in iDRAC too).
3. start Lifecycle hardware diagnostic. It found outdated network driver and error code 2000-0251 (which means Event log - The log contains failing records). I think it is not related to my problem. But still, as reference table of Error Codes recommends, I updated to the latest BIOS. Then repeated Lifecycle hardware diagnostic - same error code and indicators problems remains.
What I should do to solve my problem?
Thanks for your answers and suggestions.
John
